Purposes of processing: conducting commercial and administrative activities; responding to requests and processing orders; execution of contracts and provision of requested services; promotion of offers and information about Azenta Tour news; compliance with legislative requirements.

When calling, we may process: phone number, first/last name (if provided), and relevant details from the conversation. Call recording is possible exclusively for improving service quality and staff training in compliance with data protection law.
Legal grounds: legitimate interests (effective communication, interaction quality, call accounting) and/or necessity for contract performance or taking steps prior to its conclusion at your request.
Transfer and storage: call details (number, date, time) are processed by our telecom operator. In postal correspondence, all information contained in letters/documents is processed.

Payment: via electronic payment gateways, bank transfer, or at the Azenta Tour office. The payment processor processes payment data according to its own privacy policy. Legal basis: necessity to perform contractual obligations.

We may receive your data from business partners or persons booking services on your behalf, as well as from public/private sources — if necessary for the performance of a contract, based on your consent, or in the presence of a legitimate interest. Newsletter: while you are subscribed or while the newsletter service is active.
Criteria for determining periods: current and future purpose of processing; existence of a legal storage obligation; presence of a legal basis (e.g., consent); legitimate interest of Azenta Tour; level of risk, costs, and liability in maintaining the data.
14. Security of your data

Given the specifics of Azenta Tour's activity, to fulfill contractual obligations and provide travel packages, cross-border data transfer to partners located outside the Republic of Moldova is possible — exclusively when necessary (e.g., foreign destinations or foreign carriers) and subject to guarantees (standard contractual clauses).

We can process such data only in cases of strict necessity, for example, to account for special transport/accommodation conditions (allergies — special menu; disability — ramp) or for the correct and safe organization of travel for minors.
If you intentionally or mistakenly provided other sensitive data, this is considered explicit consent to processing solely for the purpose of their secure removal from our records.

Minor changes: we will update this document, indicating the new effective date at the beginning of the Policy; from this date, data processing is governed by the updated version.
